How we communicate with each other is one of the most essential aspects of how we live together. Unfortunately we are not taught these skills when younger. Most schools, and many parents, do not put enough time and effort into teaching their children effective communication and listening skills. So as adults we often have a hard time communicating how we feel or what we need and we have a hard time hearing it from others.
In this section we will explore ways to develop these skills.
